ListPilot Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

ListPilot provides tools for organizing product photos, using artificial intelligence to suggest product and listing information, editing listings, and preparing information for third-party marketplaces. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly address unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. ListPilot may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use ListPilot for illegal activity, fraudulent listings, counterfeit or stolen goods, infringement, malicious software, unauthorized access, infrastructure abuse, attempts to bypass plan or credit limits, harmful scraping or automation, or content that violates applicable law or marketplace rules.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, product details, listings, and other content you provide. You grant ListPilot a limited right to store, process, transform, analyze, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Service. You must have the right to upload and use your content.

5. AI-Assisted Features

ListPilot uses AI to assist with product identification and suggested listing information. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is a suggestion and must be reviewed before use. It may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unsuitable, or inaccurate. ListPilot does not guarantee identification, pricing, sales, marketplace approval, or legal compliance.

6. Marketplace Responsibility

ListPilot helps prepare information for third-party marketplaces and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those marketplaces merely because their names or features are supported. You remain responsible for marketplace policies, listing accuracy, pricing, shipping, taxes, your legal right to sell, and prohibited or restricted item rules. Some workflows require manual copying or import and do not publish automatically.

7. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

The Free plan currently includes 5 listing generations per UTC calendar month. Pro currently includes 100 listing generations per UTC calendar month for $7.99 per month. Description Improvement is available to Pro users and does not consume a listing-generation credit. Current plan features and pricing are displayed within the Service and may change in the future as permitted by applicable law.

Pro is recurring and billing is processed by Stripe. It renews until canceled. You can manage billing through ListPilot's billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the displayed cancellation state. Deleting your ListPilot account immediately cancels an active ListPilot subscription, but does not automatically create a refund. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already paid are generally not automatically refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

ListPilot and its software, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ListPilot technology or branding to you.

9. Availability and Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on hosting, AI, payment, email, and marketplace providers. Availability may be interrupted, delayed, or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or continued compatibility with every third-party service.

10. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account through Account settings. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees about AI output, marketplace outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. ListPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Service when appropriate.
