1. Information We Collect
We process account information such as email address, display name, locale, timezone, selling location when provided, password hashes, verification and password-reset records, and essential session information. We also process uploaded product photos, product and listing details, generated content, marketplace configuration, user confirmations, usage and generation-credit records, and transactional email status.
2. Technical and Security Information
ListPilot processes operational logs, request identifiers, queue and error status, and IP-related login, rate-limit, and security records. Essential cookies and PHP session technology support authentication, CSRF protection, and security. ListPilot does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
3. Passwords and Payments
Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than plaintext. Stripe hosts checkout and billing-management pages and processes payment information. ListPilot retains limited Stripe references and subscription status needed to provide entitlements, but does not need to store full payment card numbers.
4. AI Processing
When you request AI features, relevant photos, product information, prompts, and generated results may be transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure, including OpenRouter, to provide the requested function. Provider handling and retention may be governed by the provider's own terms and policies. API credentials and internal routing details are not part of your public profile.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide product and listing workflows, operate AI features, enforce plan limits, process billing, deliver transactional email, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain backups, and comply with applicable obligations.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We share information only as reasonably needed with hosting, AI, payment, email, and marketplace service providers; when directed by you; to protect rights and security; or when legally required. Stripe processes billing and subscription information. Third-party marketplaces receive information only through the marketplace workflows you use.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may differ by record type. Limited accounting, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or audit records may remain when reasonably required.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account through Account settings. The process removes applicable user-owned ListPilot data and uploads, revokes sessions, and cancels an active ListPilot subscription. Deletion may not remove data independently retained by third-party providers under their own legal obligations or policies.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service, including password hashing, private upload storage, access controls, CSRF protection, encrypted provider credentials, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You may review and update available profile and listing information, manage billing, or delete your account through the Service. Other privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Contact information is available through the ListPilot website.
11. Children and International Use
ListPilot is not knowingly intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. The Service and its providers may process information in locations different from your own, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.
